The wine
Girolamo Russo Etna Rosato is a delicious wine with a bright rosé color. The nose offers an intense aromatic bouquet of cherry and wild strawberries. In the mouth it appears tonic, mineral, crunchy, balanced and harmonious. Perfect to accompany elaborate, boiled fish, fresh cheeses. Exquisite on Sicilian caponata.
