The wine
The Goccia d'Oro by Giovanni Poli is a wine obtained from Nosiola, the native white grape of Trentino. It shows a straw yellow color; floral notes of white flowers intertwine with hints of dried fruit, aromatic herbs and Golden apple, creating an aromatic bouquet of great finesse and elegance. The sip is fresh, lean, balanced, savory and with an almond finish. Excellent as an accompaniment to typical Trentino appetizers. Also perfect with fish dishes.
