The wine
This wine takes its name from the volcanic hill, where the vineyards are located. A microclimate characterized by high temperature ranges manages to extract a variegated and elegant bouquet from these grapes. At sight it has a straw yellow color with green-gold reflections. Elegant and complex wine with mineral notes, acacia flowers, white peach and pear. The sip is salty and spicy, with hints of Flint Stone and a marked minerality. Hints of yellow apple, lemon, white peach, almond. Decisive and silky, with great balance. Wine suitable for aging. Excellent in combination with fish dishes, stewed white meats, fresh cheeses and vegetable preparations.
