The wine
Carignano of great fabric and concentration, with great aging potential, produced from almost centenary vines with very low yield per hectare. With a deep, dark ruby red color and a powerful and aromatic bouquet with a nose full of ripe red fruit and spices. Very elegant full-bodied wine, sometimes austere like the land where it comes from. Excellent with red meat dishes and cheeses.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
