The wine
Geographical Vin Santo del Chianti is a pleasant liqueur wine with a golden color tending to amber. The nose expresses an intense, harmonious, characteristic and persistent aroma, full of hints of honey and dried fruit. In the mouth gives a lovable, warm, velvety sip, with scents that recall dried figs, dried grapes, almond and dried fruit. Great served with dry pastries, from tasty cantucci to brigidini of Lamporecchio, to the delicious waffles of Montecatini. It also goes well with seasoned Tuscan pecorino cheese.
