The wine
Langhe Nebbiolo fulfils one of Giuseppe Vajra's dreams: to create an immediate Nebbiolo, straightforward but complex and profound. A complex balancing act that starts in the cellar, where the wine is aged for about a year mainly in steel, but a small part in barrels. A bright ruby-red Nebbiolo, which on the nose is fruity and floral, with notes of dark fruit, lavender and mint. On the palate it reveals all the character of the vineyards from which it comes, between the municipalities of Barolo and Novello: it is complex, spicy, earthy, mineral, but pleasantly crunchy and persistent.

Passionate and meticulous winemakers, but above all people who discreetly conduct their job as wine producers, the Vajras are constantly...
