The wine
The Barbera d'Alba Superiore di Vajra is ruby red in color with nuances that turn to violet; the aromatic profile is broad and characterized by aromas of red fruit, plums, cherries, floral notes and tertiary hints of hay, cocoa and licorice. The sip is concentrated and deep, intense, harmonized between acidity and tannic texture. Excellent throughout the meal, in combination with structured and tasty dishes.
