The wine
This Barbera d'Alba is a classic Barbera revisited in a modern key; at the sight of it has a bright ruby red color. The aromatic profile is characterized by pleasant hints of red fruit and spicy touches, present flavors of hay and tobacco. The sip expands to the warm and soft palate, counterbalanced by good freshness, tannic texture and persistence. Excellent throughout the meal, to try with ravioli del plin and roast.
