Franz Haas Sofi Schiava

La Schiava Sofi by Franz Haas is a fragrant, young and fresh red wine, it is part of the line that bears the name of Franz Haas' daughter, Sofia, who expressed the firm desire to have a wine that brought its name and that it was accompanied by its own label. Years later this project was realized in a line aimed at a young consumer, defined by a very pleasant, cheerful and carefree drink.

It shows a limpid ruby red color; aromas of cherries and blueberries, together with slight hints of almond and cocoa make up a fine and pleasant aromatic bouquet in the ensemble. The taste in the mouth is fine and delicate but at the same time complex and inviting. Excellent with cold cuts, ideal with mushroom risotto and meat sauce.
