The wine
Franz Haas Pinot Bianco Lepus is a delicious and original wine with a bright straw yellow color. The nose reveals a bouquet of fruit and spices, with clear aromas of ripe apples, wildflowers and fresh bread crust. On the palate it stands out for its strong personality accompanied by an elegant and robust structure combined with a harmonious acidity. The finish is full, sweet, with a long persistence. It goes very well with robust first courses such as pasta, rice and fish dishes with and without sauces; light Asian dishes and spicy curry dishes.
