The wine
The refined Countess Rosa Rosè of Fontanafredda was born from the union of Pinot noir and Chardonnay grapes, vinified separately in steel and barrique, and only subsequently assembled. This sparkling wine has a salmon pink color enriched with copper highlights. The nose is intense and complex, with hints of berries, spices and bread crust. The perlage is fine and persistent. On the palate the large structure conferred by Pinot Noir is clearly perceptible, which guarantees a full and powerful character. To be served strictly fresh, these bubbles are suitable for a classy aperitif at sunset and to accompany the most original dishes.
