The wine
A white single varietal, with an intense aroma and long persistence.
A yellow colour with greenish glints, the wine exhibits abundant notes of fennel on the nose, with herbaceous (box) and green apple notes. Flavoursome, powerful and structured on the palate, it has plenty of volume and a pleasant oily mouthfeel. It ends with the characteristic Verdejo bitter touch on a finish which is lengthy and persistent.

The winery
Vinos Sanz
Formerly known as Bodegas Sanz, Vinos Sanz is an old Rueda bodega that can nowadays count on the most advanced wine-making technology. This is a winery steeped in tradition, with a long past history, where respect for the land has passed from father to son since 1870.
