The wine
Rose di Adele is the name of the cru from which the grapes come. The name originates from a rose garden that Fabio's father, Elio, dedicated to his beloved wife Adele. Pink "onion skin" with golden reflections. Floral notes of rose and white flowers with hints of clove, pomegranate and wild strawberries. On the palate it is fresh, persistent and savory. To accompany with appetizers and first courses of fish, white meat and soft cheeses.
