The wine
Timpa is the name of the cru from which the grape comes. The name originates from the Sicilian word “timpa” that is strong slope, in fact the vineyard climbs with slopes that exceed 70%. This wine has a yellow color with greenish reflections, notes of yellow peach and apricot stand out on the nose, with floral hints of broom and almond flowers on the finish. The taste is fresh, persistent, with a marked acidity, with a mellow and soft finish. Excellent with fish dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses. Pleasant as an aperitif.
