The wine
Rosé wine that wants to combine past, present and future, mixing tradition and innovation; it is produced from the Aglianico vine using a delicate pressing to keep the product fine. At sight it has an intense and crystalline pink color. The scent is floral and fruity with notes of wild strawberries and raspberries. In the mouth it is fresh and recalls freshly picked red fruit and cherry. Excellent with dishes based on shellfish and seafood and for tastings of fresh and aged cold cuts and cheeses. Recommended on pizza.
