Fernando de Castilla Classic Manzanilla
Spec sheet
The wine
A very well-balanced and well-made Manzanilla, with its own individual character, different from many others. A fantastic wine for getting into the world of Jerez from one of the region's longest-established producers. It will go marvelously with some simple olives, dried fruits and nuts, or fried whitebait.

The winery
Bodegas Rey Fernando de Castilla
Fernando de Castilla is a small, century-old winery headed up today by a young team that has been keen to maintain the company’s family-run profile. Although it began by making Jerez brandy, it currently produces a wide range of medium and high class products, such as the prestigious Antique line, offering Fino, Oloroso, Amontillado, Palo Cortado and Pedro Ximenez sherry.
