The wine
Spumante Brut di Felsina Millesimato is an elegant, fresh and delicate classic Tuscan method. It has a straw yellow color with soft golden reflections, a fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense and enveloping aromas, notes of ripe fruit and slight hints of almond and hazelnut stand out. On the palate it is complex, full and structured supported by a strong acid vein, leaving a citrus touch and a long persistence in the finish. Excellent accompanied with fish dishes and snacks.
