The wine
From grapes dried until December, Ronco del Picchio is a Sforzato barricaded for one year. Intense garnet red, it receives from these treatments a broad and decisive scent of black cherry, morello cherry, confectioned plum, licorice, leather, sweet spices. Warm and soft on the palate, it is robust and exceptionally persistent.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
