Ettore Germano Langhe Riesling Herzu

Ettore Germano Herzu is a medium-bodied white wine with beautiful freshness. At sight it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The scent is fruity, slightly tropical in the youthful stages, later more distinctly vegetable due to the acidity that gives it mineral and complex hints. In the mouth the entrance is full, with a nice sapidity and sweetness of fruit, with a long, fresh and persistent finish. It goes well with raw fish dishes and seafood appetizers, cooked fish and soups.
