The wine
From harvest carried out at dawn, when the berries are frozen. Of a splendid intense golden yellow, it has an intense bouquet with aromas of aromatic mountain herbs (thyme, juniper), almonds, dried fruit and honey. On the palate it is delicately sweet and velvety, soft and persistent, with an intriguing hint of candied citrus peel and sweet spices (white pepper), fine saffron with good balance and harmonic. It goes well with foie gras pate, aged cheeses made from cow's and goat's milk, blue cheeses. Perfect for dry pastries.
