The wine
Elio Altare' Dolcetto d'Alba is a classic red from the Langhe area, produced with the grapes that grow in the vineyards of La Morra, an area famous for its balanced wines and great expressive finesse. At sight it has an intense purple red color, the nose expresses elegant hints of violet and small red fruits. The taste is dry, soft, with hints of tannins but velvety. An intense flavor of red fruits is perceived. Ideal as an aperitif, appetizers, first courses, white meats, sandwiches, pizza.
