The wine
"Bronner" is the name of a white vine born from a cross between a vitis vinifera vine and a resistant Asian vine ("amurensis"). Thanks to its characteristics of being resistant to fungal diseases it does not need specific treatments in the vineyard. In very wet years the treatments are reduced to a minimum. It is a fresh and fruity wine, very pleasant and easy to drink. Excellent as an aperitif, to be paired with pasta dishes with fish and vegetables and with freshwater fish (trout, pike, salmon, perch).
