The wine
The El Veïnat is a single-variety Grenache wine produced from vineyards planted between El Molar and El Masroig in the DO Montsant appellation. These chalky clay-laden plots are located at heights of about 200 metres. The name of the wine, "veïnat" meaning neighbourhood in Catalan, is a homage to all the locals who helped this wine see the light of day and who love the Montsant countryside and its fruits.
Delighting us with its deep-red colour and aromas of red fruit, vanilla, and herbs, this is a subtle, balanced, light wine with silky tannins and a light fresh finish in the mouth.
