The wine
One of Spain's most distinctive white wines. The Riesling and Albariño grapes with which it's made come from vines planted at an altitude of around 1,000 metres in the Catalan Pyrenees. Some grapes were picked with botrytis, which adds a touch of maturity to the acidity naturally found at this high level. A white at the same "height" as the best.
