Spec sheet
The wine
A fresh and lively Chardonnay, with smoky and toasty notes, whose name pays homage to the hoes used for working in the fields and also to a town near the former barony of Vallbona.
A straw-yellow colour with greenish flecks, the wine displays aromas of ripe fruit and smoky and toasty notes on the nose. The palate is fresh, lively and long in length.
Fermented in new American oak barrels and aged on its lees for a minimum of 6 months.
