The wine
Einaudi Vigna Tecc is a dry, intense and full-bodied red wine with a full taste. Upon visual examination it shows an intense ruby color with violet reflections. The scent is fresh and rich, with intense notes of undergrowth. The taste is dry, soft, round, of moderate acidity, slightly tannic and with an almond finish. Excellent to accompany cold cuts and salami, risotto with mushrooms, pasta and risotto seasoned with meat sauce, game, roasted or grilled meat, stewed red meat, aged cheeses.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
