The wine
Traditional wine that reaches its maximum expression in the Doglianese area, ruby red with fruity aromas, fresh flavors of small red fruit, almondy at the end. It comes from a traditional grape for Piedmontese viticulture, Dolcetto. The olfactory examination refers to delicate aromas of red fruits such as currant, plum and violet. The taste is fresh and aromatic; it goes well with meat sauces, roasts, savory pies and mushroom risotto.
