Einaudi Barolo Cannubi
2016Spec sheet
The wine
Einaudi Barolo Cannubi is a high-class wine that expresses the elegance of the territory from which it originates. It shows a brilliant garnet red color, to which time gives slight amber shades. Exuberant on the nose, it gives intense aromas of fruit and spices. On the palate it shows great structure, full and velvety flavor, with a long finish of goudron and spices. The characteristic tannicity ensures long-lasting in the bottle. Excellent on stew with mashed potatoes and truffles.
