The wine
Muina is the story of an innovative and courageous wine, the son of an international grape variety, Syrah, which has always been present in the Salento tradition, so much so that it has married the sun, the Mediterranean color and elegance. It is a red wine that should be drunk cold, entirely vinified in steel without the aid of wood, to speak to young people and mark moments of lightness and conviviality. Ruby red wine with violet hues, intense and fruity aroma, with notes of black pepper. In the mouth it is fresh and pulpy, enlivened by a good acidity and an average tannic texture. Perfect to drink with meat dishes and snacks.
