The wine
The Salento Primitivo IGT Don Cosimo signed Due Palme comes from manual harvest and after having matured for six months in French oak barriques, it rests further in the bottle before being marketed. Intense ruby red in color with cardinal highlights, the nose is harmonious, with notes of ripe red fruit and slightly spicy. Elegant and velvety taste, light acidity and very pleasant tannins.
