The wine
World famous wine and rightly so! This sweet Hungarian wine is made using a unique winemaking process. From the berries of Aszú (dried almost in raisins), a paste is made and covered with fermentation must (100 L to 100 Kg) of the base wine (harvested earlier), maceration for up to 3 days, pressing , spontaneous fermentation in barrels and maturation for 2 years in small Hungarian oak barrels.
