Domenico Clerico Percristina is a robust and important red wine, with an intense garnet color. The nose expresses enveloping notes of small red fruits and fruit in alcohol, with a finish that recalls the aromas of rose and violet. In the mouth it shows great structure, intensity, charm and persistence. Excellent on elaborate meat dishes, including first courses, such as pasta or risotto with meat sauce, on game and aged cheeses.
