The wine
Ancestral grape variety from the Rhône Valley vintages, this 100% Cinsault cuvée is made from old sandy vines planted in 1961-1962. Entirely vinified in concrete vats and without added sulphites in order to preserve all the finesse of its grape variety and its terroir. Unfiltered wine, please excuse any deposit that is completely natural and beneficial to the aging of the wine.

With 24 hectares of vineyards, Domaine Raymond Usseglio & Fils is one of the top wineries among the Châteauneuf-du-Pape crus. The winery was founded by Francis Usseglio, an Italian who set up his own winemaking production here, probably inspired by wine traditions from his home country.
