The wine
Beautiful bright red color with garnet reflections. Intense nose of ripe red fruits. The mouth develops on ripe cooked fruits (blackberries), bay leaf and thyme. Very round and melted tannins. Beautiful freshness

Domaine Sol Payré
Domaine Sol Payré has a long winemaking history dating back to 1903, when Gustave Payré acquired the first 10 hectares of the winery's vineyards in the town of Elna, among the Pyrénées-Orientales hillsides, the southernmost vine-growing region in Languedoc-Roussillon. A century later, the firm is still run by the Payré family with the fourth and fifth generation currently at the helm. The Domaine now owns 60 hectares...
