The wine
Beautiful bright color, pale pink, some salmon reflections. Intense and complex nose with fruity notes of strawberries and citrus fruits. Round and fleshy on the palate with aromas of red fruits and white flowers. Nice length with notes of currants.

Domaine Sol Payré
Domaine Sol Payré has a long winemaking history dating back to 1903, when Gustave Payré acquired the first 10 hectares of the winery's vineyards in the town of Elna, among the Pyrénées-Orientales hillsides, the southernmost vine-growing region in Languedoc-Roussillon. A century later, the firm is still run by the Payré family with the fourth and fifth generation currently at the helm. The Domaine now owns 60 hectares...
