The wine
A manual harvest, grapes harvested at optimum maturity and classified. Carignan is vinified in carbonic maceration, Garnacha, Syrah and Mourvèdre in traditional vinification.
Mas Nicolas Cydonia nose evokes the south with notes of jam, strawberry, fig, the freshness of thyme and juniper tree. The mouth is fleshy, full of very well coated tannins.
