The wine
Domaine du Séminaire Les Saffres comes from a selection of plots in a Saffres terroir that will surprise you with the delicacy of its tannins and its freshness ... 50% garnacha, 50% syrah in a land of saffres.
The Saffre is a brittle rock, so there is sand on the surface, but we quickly face the rock.
A ruby tunic with a purple hue precedes an intense nose of black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant). In the mouth it has a velvety character with the support of molten tannins and a finely fruity persistence.

The farm is located in the heights of Valréas between 300 and 400 m...
