The wine
Micro-cuvée pampered from a plot planted in 1961.
The meticulous work in the vineyard, the small yields, the manual harvest, the sorting of the grapes and the cold maceration give a structured wine, with great finesse and a silky tannic structure after 15 months. This is done in oak barrels of various ages, from 4 to 6 years, to avoid marking the wine with aromas of wood.The aromas of black fruits and sweet spices bloom quickly after opening from the bottle.
