The wine
Valle di Nero Rosé is a rosé wine produced in Corsica by the Domaine Comte Abbatucci winery. Upon visual examination it shows a pale pink nuance; the nose expresses intense hints of small red fruits and floral notes. On the palate it is harmonious, delicate, enveloping and refreshing. In combination with first courses with summer sauces, based on vegetables and shellfish; also ideal for the whole meal for a spring lunch in the garden with friends.
