The wine
Premier Cru Montmains is located south of the city of Chablis. Two parcels particularly well exposed on the slopes of this Premier Cru have been selected, one of the most famous in Chablis.
Beautiful pale golden color. Very fresh aromas of lemon, iodine and green apple. Well structured and dense. Taut with subtle acidity. Good length in the finish, marked by a touch of minerality.
