The wine
Typical of the island, the Moscato Bianco di Romangia di Dettori finds a prominent personality in this corner of Sardinia, beaten by the wind and salt. Of a beautiful bright golden yellow, the nose recalls honey, caramel, but also citrus fruits and aromatic herbs, from rosemary to the Mediterranean scrub, with mentholated puffs of eucalyptus. In the mouth, as a passito of class, it is soft and sweet, but retains freshness and flavor to corroborate its great grace. Extremely persistent, it is an excellent companion for dry pastries, but also for long-aged or slightly blue cheeses.
