The wine
Ruby red wine obtained from Rossese varieties vinified together with small quantities of local grapes. Originally it was the wine of the farmers who used to mix several grapes. Fermented in chestnut vats as per tradition without added yeasts, it is extremely ductile at the table thanks to its freshness and ability not to engage the palate too much. Aromatic, only apparently light as it is not very tannic, with a remarkable and elegant flavor. Excellent with white meat dishes (kid or lamb, pheasant, guinea fowl and above all Ligurian-style rabbit), homemade pasta and vegetables.

Serve between 16ºC and 18ºC
