The wine
Trafford Chenin Blanc is a white fermented in barrel, very unusual at the time of its release of vines between 10 and 45 years of three different producers in close collaboration.
After a natural settling, all the wines ferment in barrels in their cool underground cellar. They only use natural, indigenous yeast with all their wines, but this chenin blanc remains in its lees around 9 months, saoaking up all its complex flavor.
Unfiltered wine.
