The wine
The name glossy or etra-glossy derives from the characteristic shiny aspect, given by a minor presence of bloom, a waxy substance with a whitish color that covers the berries and gives the grapes a velvety appearance, affecting the color of the bunch. To be combined with traditional Sicilian dishes, such as sardines a beccafico, or first courses based on crustaceans and molluscs, such as mussel soup.
