The wine
Modern, with good structure and complexity, and solely produced in the best years.
A dark cherry-red colour with purplish tones on the rim, the nose releases aromas of forest fruits, balsamic hints, with touches of spices and chocolate. Structured and mature on the palate, the wine is fresh and persistent.
Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels with weekly stirring of the lees. Subsequently aged over a period of 16 months in new French oak barrels.
