Dalle Nostre Mani Chianti Classico Centouno

Wine that takes its name from Novello Cioni who until the age of 101 shared the vineyard with the producers. Slightly structured wine, characterized by good drinkability also due to the balance between acid and polyphenelic components. The color is ruby red, the perfume is intense, vinous with notes of blackberry and morello cherry; the flavor is sapid, warm, harmonious. The wine ferments in steel and ages for one year in a large chestnut barrel.
