During the harvest, the loosest and healthiest bunches of Garganega are chosen, they are placed in small boxes inside special rooms called “Fruttai”, whose essential characteristic is that they are dry and well ventilated. The grapes remain on the second floor of the Dal Maso winery for about 6 months, losing about 50% of their weight. Recioto is produced only in the best years, when the natural drying and fermentation are able to guarantee a quality level up to the high standards that the history and tradition of this product impose. Bright golden yellow color. Intense aroma, with hints of exotic fruit, honey and hawthorn. Harmonious, balanced, warm and persistent flavor. Aging potential 13-15 years. Excellent with biscuits in general, mature and soft or blue cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif in combination with goose liver pate. Excellent meditation wine.
