The winery
Donatella Cinelli Colombini
Robert Parker noticed it too. The DOC Orcia is one of the most interesting emerging Tuscan wineries. An area that can renew the glories of Chianti and Brunello in a different guise, sumptuous yes, but snappy. This is demonstrated by the wines of Donatella Cinelli Colombini, president of the Orcia DOC consortium, which have in fact won the most significant awards from international guides. For Donatella, new technologies and tradition are not alternatives, but complementary....
