The wine
This is a mature and elegant 100% Tempranillo, sourced primarily from their own Rioja Alta vineyards located at Cenicero. It appears a bright ruby-red colour with brick-red hues and displays considerable aromatic richness on the nose, whilst the palate is complemented by nicely rounded tannins and a complex and persistent aftertaste.
Aged in American and French oak barrels for a minimum of 24 months, followed by at least 36 months of refinement and rounding off in bottle.
