The wine
Costaripa RosaMara is a fresh and fragrant rosé, pale pink in color. The nose expresses beautiful notes of pomegranate, hawthorn and black cherry: a delicate and elegant olfactory profile that opens up to a silky, harmonious and ample taste. A slight sapidity delineates the stretch up to an excellent cleaning closure. Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with rich salads; also excellent with sashimi.
